• 1. Start with the Band – Your Main Source of Support

Did you know your band provides around 80% of your bra’s support?

It should feel firm but comfortable, sitting level all the way around your body — not riding up or digging in.

    A good fit looks like:

    • The band sits flat and even around your body.
    • It feels snug, but still lets you breathe and move.
    • You can pull it about two inches away from your back — no more.

    Fit tip:
If your straps are digging in or your bust doesn’t feel supported, your band might be too loose.

  • 2. Check the Cups – No Spilling or Gaping

Your cups should fully contain your breast tissue — no overflow, no gaps.

    A good fit looks like:

    • Smooth fabric across the cup (no wrinkling or folding).
    • No spillage over the top or sides.
    • Your bust feels comfortably supported and lifted.

    Fit tip:
Breast asymmetry is completely normal. Always fit to your larger side for comfort and support.

  • 3. Move Around – Your Bra Should Move With You

Support doesn’t stop when you start moving.

Lift your arms, twist, bend forward — your bra should stay in place, keep its shape, and continue to feel supportive throughout the day.

A good fit stays put — no slipping straps, no riding bands, just comfort and confidence in motion.
