UK Delivery
Standard FREE Delivery (Royal Mail) 3–5 business days
European Delivery
We currently deliver to selected countries across Europe: France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain. Your delivery cost, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in the final price you pay, so you can see the full cost of your order before completing your purchase.
We're a small independent brand and are gradually expanding where we ship. If your country isn't currently available, please get in touch — we'd love to know where you'd like to see Crazy Goose next!

Returns & Exchanges
Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Swimwear hygiene stickers must still be in place.
Refunds
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your returned items.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
