Refund policy

We hope you love your Crazy Goose swimwear, but if it’s not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, with original tags, and in resellable condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on briefs or bottoms unless they have the hygiene stickers on still.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item.
