Finding the right bra can feel tricky—but it doesn’t have to be. With a few simple checks, you can make sure your bra gives you the support, comfort, and confidence you deserve.

Finding Your Perfect Bra Fit

1. Start with the Band – It Does Most of the Work

The band provides about 80% of your bra’s support, so getting this part right is key.

How it should fit:

  • Snug but comfy — it should sit straight around your body.
  • If it rides up your back, it’s too big.
  • You should only be able to pull it about two inches away from your body.

💡 Tip: If your straps are digging in or your bust feels unsupported, your band is probably too loose.

2. Check the Cups – No Spilling or Gaping

Your cups should hold all your breast tissue comfortably, without cutting in or leaving gaps.

What to look for:

  • Spilling over the top or sides? Try a bigger cup size.
  • Wrinkling or gaping? The cup might be too large.

💡 Tip: It’s totally normal for one breast to be slightly bigger than the other — always fit to the larger side.

3. Move Around – Your Bra Should Move With You

Once it looks good in the mirror, do a quick comfort test.

Lift your arms, twist, or bend forward — your bra should stay in place and feel supportive no matter how you move.

Understanding Dual Cup Sizing

Our bras are dual cup sized (for example, 32FF/G) because they’re made from supportive, stretchy, non-wired fabrics that adapt to your body.

Unlike traditional wired bras, which fit one exact cup size, our designs are flexible — giving you the right amount of lift and comfort across a range of cup sizes.
